After a successful executive level career in retail, Mr. Harris set his sights onto transitioning into Financial Services. Mr. Harris utilized his skill set to obtain positions in retail and commercial banking, where he spent his last twenty five years of successful work in the financial industry. Mr. Harris has held executive level positions at financial services companies.
The BAH Group was launched in 2020 with several businesses under this umbrella, which includes Harris Commercial Capital which launched in 2017.
Harris Commercial Capital is the next phase of Mr. Harris' plan to become one of the nations largest commercial capital consulting firms. These companies are the results off the growth of Brian Allan Harris, Co which was a business consulting firm founded in 2012 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Mr. Harris was responsible for overseeing $500 Million in bank deposits and bank assets, primarily focusing on retail bank, small business and commercial lending.
It was at these positions Mr. Harris gravitated towards commercial lending and commercial underwriting. Mr. Harris has a unique ability to manage multiple projects and teams to success. Mr. Harris has a full understanding of the commercial loan process and analyze commercial capital requires.
Mr. Harris assists clients with day to day operations, recruiting and marketing efforts and business acquisitions.
Mr. Harris has assisted customers in closing over $500 Million in commercial loans ranging from owner occupied purchases and refinances to non owner occupied purchase and refinances.
Mr. Harris is experienced in SBA lending to Private Money Lending.
Mr. Harris has closed numerous hotel financing deals.

With a background in Banking, Healthcare, Property Management and Manufacturing Edward brings a wealth of knowledge having been in the industries mentioned dealing with the daily responsibilities and administrative direction for all departments of the company, evaluating and coordination of the functions of each department to insure operational objectives and results are in accord with the companies goals.
With the experience he has in project management, IT technical skills and system knowledge as well as customer service he is focused on building strategic alliances and partnerships to collaboratively execute business strategies.
Edward has a great ability to work with all levels of customers and staff to create that relationship that works for both the customer and business goals.
Edward has had multiple successes in his career; evaluating processes and procedures to streamline them for more efficiency and cost reduction. Identifying issues and resolving them by listening and finding the best solutions for both the company and its customers.
Edward's strengths include researching and evaluating systems for a company to utilize that captures the requirements of the company and users plus devising the training platform for utilization.
