Regional President Job Description
Commission Only! Estimated up to $250,000 A Year!!
The Harris Commercial Capital Regional President is responsible for originating and assisting a team of Commercial Brokers to a profitable portfolio of commercial and business loans, with the overall objective of increased asset quality, and to personally develop (coach team) new business relationships while expanding and deepening existing books of business. We take care of your loan packages back office so you can concentrate on growing your pipeline. You don't have to source, process and move along your loan files, we do all the work for you....
Essential Job Functions:
-Meet assigned sales goals and objectives for an assigned territory of at least 5 HCC Loan Officers in an assigned territory.
- You and your team close a minimum annual loan volume of $100 Million a year.
-Consistently participate and coach a team in business development activities that promote the increase of business and commercial loans targeted at $1 Million and up, Cross Selling other products and services as offered.
-Must consistently maintain a team of loan officers pipeline equal to your production and your teams annual loan production. *Regional based and Individually assigned.
-Personally, call on and coach a team to strengthen existing book of business to expand existing relationships, creating loyalty to HCC.
-Personally, Maintain and Coach a team to maintain Consistent referral relationships with "COI's", Commercial Real estate agents, Business Lawyers, CPA'S, Residential Loan Officers, Commercial Bank Loan Officers and Business Brokers in your assigned territory.
-Submit weekly assigned pipeline reports.
-Attend and coach a team to attend all sales meetings as required as well as participate and attend in all conference calls as requested.
-Accurately process business loan applications in a timely manner.
-Prepare and Complete all loan documents as required by product category. Turn in full loan packages. Coach your team to do maintain the same expectations.
-Submit credit approval recommendations to senior leadership that promotes safe and sound credit underwriting and prudent lending practices. Coach your team to submit credit approval recommendations.
-Provide guidance to the loan processor in the completion of all loan documents and business loan closings.
-Must understand and adhere to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) functions as applicable to job responsibilities.
-Attend and coach a team to attend all training sessions, conferences and seminars as approved by team leaders and corporate officers.
-Maintain awareness of policies and regulations related to duties and responsibilities. Coach team to follow these standards.
-Spend time recruiting, work with corporate marketing to support recruiting efforts, maintain a staffing bench plan.
-Recruiting Loan Officer bonus from 1-4 Loan Officers, where HCC closes and funds a loan, the Regional President positions payout includes the following additional payout on every closed and funded deals.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
-Have a book of business in place with Commercial Realtors, Commercial Bankers, Small Business Bankers
-Equivalent to a four-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business, trade school, or equivalent experience.
-Have time management and skills to prioritize important issues.
-The ability to train, develop and nurture, future leaders of the company by coaching Loan Officers to be successful.
-Previous Leadership positions / successful sales management experience.
-Show a keen sense of timing to continue coaching team members or to move on with team members.
-Supervisory Experience, Sales Management Experience, Leadership Qualities, Professionalism.
-Two to four years of small business and or commercial lending experience or related experience analyzing business financial statements and assessing the financial position of a viable business entity.
-Former Commercial Realtors are great candidates
-Must possess excellent communication and public relations skills.
-Proficiency with standard office equipment, MS Office and Outlook software, financial analysis software, and other commercial lending platforms.
-Some travel may be required to fulfill duties, career development and/or responsibilities.
*Expected closing volume is $100 Million a year.
Commission Only: Split Varies based off Experience Level

Work from home position. Assist company with growing out digital advertising avenues, update all social media sites, maintain website and website development / updates. Build out additional company websites and brands. Promote HCC brand nationally.
